ASPENGROVE’s ANNUAL GALA, DINNER, DANCING AND SILENT AUCTION…HAS A WINTER GAMES THEME

The 6th Annual Gala Dinner and Silent Auction will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the Coast Bastion Inn’s ballroom in Nanaimo.

In order to make this evening a successful fundraiser for our school, we would like to ask anyone who has an item to donate for our auction to complete the Gala Donor form and submit it to the school as soon as possible.

All items donated personally will be issued a tax receipt for their value.  Items donated by a business can be written off without a receipt.  A letter acknowledging all donations will be sent and the donor’s business and item donated will be advertised on the school’s website.  We regret to advise that services cannot be receipted (please refer to the Tax Receipt Qualifications on Donor page for more details).
