Volunteer with the APA

Volunteers have played an essential role in helping to make Aspengrove the warm and inviting school that it is today. Getting involved with the APA is an excellent way to meet fellow parents, interact with faculty and staff, and enhance your child’s experience through amazing events and initiatives.

There are a variety of opportunities to get involved, whether you have a few hours to spare or many. Find more information by visiting the APA Facebook Page. We’re always looking for help.

  • Criminal Record Check

    All of our volunteers are required by the BC Government to take a criminal record check. It is a two-minute online process and there is no fee. You will need a BC Services Card to complete the online application. Please follow the directions, enter the required details, and record the service number when you receive your confirmation. This ensures the safety of all of our children. To access the online form, CLICK HERE to submit your criminal record check.   • Used Uniforms

    The APA hosts used uniform sales throughout the year and is currently updating a space on campus to provide access to used uniforms.
    If you have questions about our Used Uniform Inventory, please contact Kim at uniforms@aspengroveschool.com.

  • Programs & Events

    The APA regularly updates their Facebook page with school event information.

  • Hot Lunch

    Ordering for hot lunch dates remains open until seven days prior to each date.

    Please log in to your Munchalunch account to place your order. New students will need to register and create an account. 
    For any questions regarding Hot Lunch, please reach out to hotlunch.aspengroveparents@gmail.com .

    *A note on building subs: The option to add toppings, etc. to your order is at the end of the ordering process. (It caused a bit of confusion in the past).
