Every year, Aspengrove School’s Early Learning Centre (ELC) hosts the Early Learning Fair. Tailored to preschool-aged children, this informative event promotes the development of literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and more!
This year’s Early Learning Fair took place in November. Throughout the morning, Aspengrove School families and Nanaimo community members attended the Early Learning Fair to learn more about Aspengrove’s early education programs, meet our dedicated Early Childhood Educators, tour our beautiful campus and facilities, and get a preview of the comprehensive learning tools integrated into our preschool curriculum.
We were thrilled to share with attendees the exciting possibilities of an engaging preschool or kindergarten experience for their children. The event also offered hands-on activities for children, like face painting, interactive learning stations, as well as the chance to explore fire trucks and school buses!
Preschool at Aspengrove
Located in North Nanaimo, Aspengrove School’s Early Learning Centre gives students the opportunity for play-based, hands-on learning, both indoors and outdoors, within a safe, caring environment. Our small class sizes, paired with our qualified and passionate team of Early Childhood Educators, provide a very supportive and personalized learning experience for your child through subjects like French, music, drama, library, math, and public speaking, just to name a few.
